By installing, registering for, accessing, or using the Sanatan Bhakti application, services, or web portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the application or services.

Depending on the payment processor chosen at the point of checkout, your billing structures are managed as follows:
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Billing, your subscription is managed entirely by Google. You must modify, cancel, or request refunds through your Google Play Store Account Dashboard (under Subscriptions). Google Play's standard terms, billing queries, and gift cards apply here.
If you opted for our Alternative Billing System (processed securely via our certified third-party gateway, Razorpay), your subscription billing details are managed by Zivprime's custom merchant accounts.
Cancellation & Management: You can modify or cancel alternative-billing subscriptions at any time directly in the app's Settings under "Manage Subscriptions", or by submitting a ticket on our Support Page. Cancellations will apply at the end of the active billing period.
Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Google Play's standard refund cycles, gift cards, and consumer protection policies do not apply to alternative billing transactions. All alternative billing transactions are final and non-refundable. Zivprime does not offer refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated cancellations for active subscriptions. Exceptions are made solely under extreme circumstances of verified technical glitches (e.g., duplicate billing or failure of the sync architecture to provide premium content despite a successful transaction). Dispute queries must be logged through our Support Page within 7 days of the transaction. Approved glitch refunds are credited via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
All digital materials, including but not limited to audio tracks, sleep sounds, temple recordings, daily quotes, custom ringtones, live or HD wallpapers, graphics, software, code, and trademark symbols displayed in the Sanatan Bhakti application are owned by or licensed to Zivprime and are protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream the media content and use the wallpapers/ringtones on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial spiritual utility.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to copy, record, republish, distribute, sell, broadcast, sub-license, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any media content, audio, or wallpapers found in the app. Commercial exploitation of any digital assets is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivprime and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, device downtime, or psychological distress resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our application, or the content downloaded from it.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with local legal frameworks, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Any modifications will be updated on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our application following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
