Refund & Cancellation Policy

App Name: Sanatan Bhakti  |  Parent Studio: Zivprime  |  Last Updated: August 26, 2026
The short version
  • Cancelling is always free and takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Paid on Google Play? Google handles that refund. Paid by UPI or card? We handle it directly.
  • Full refund, no argument, if you were charged but never got access, charged after cancelling, or charged twice.
  • Cancelling in time is your responsibility — you're reminded at least 24 hours before every UPI or card renewal.
  • Money back to your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Never vouchers or credit.
  • Email us before raising a chargeback — it's faster, and we fix genuine errors quickly.

This summary is here to help you, not to replace what follows. The full policy below is the part that legally applies.

Thank you for choosing Sanatan Bhakti, developed by Zivprime. We want to ensure your spiritual and devotional journey is peaceful and seamless. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel, when you are entitled to a refund, and how quickly we process it.

Premium subscriptions are sold through the channels below, and the payment method you used determines who handles your refund:

  • Inside the app, via Google Play — billed by Google Play Billing, refunds handled by Google.
  • Inside the app, via UPI or card — billed by Razorpay, refunds handled directly by us.
  • On our website (bhakti.zivprime.com) — billed by Razorpay, refunds handled directly by us.
Where This Policy Applies

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium subscriptions for Sanatan Bhakti, whether purchased inside the mobile application or on our subscription checkout at bhakti.zivprime.com. This page is the single authoritative version; any copy hosted elsewhere is for convenience only.

1. Pricing You Are Agreeing To

  • In-app via Google Play: ₹4 for 3 days of introductory access, then auto-renews at ₹399 per month.
  • In-app via UPI or card (Razorpay): ₹2 for 2 days of introductory access, then auto-renews at ₹399 per month.
  • Website (Razorpay): ₹2 for 2 days of introductory access, then auto-renews at ₹399 per month.

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. The exact amount and renewal date are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.

2. Delivery of Service

Premium is a digital service — nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges or delivery timelines apply. Access is activated immediately on successful payment: instantly for Google Play purchases, and within a few minutes for Razorpay purchases (in-app UPI/card or website), unlocked for the mobile number linked to your account or entered at checkout. If premium is not active within 30 minutes of payment, email us and we will activate it — and if we cannot activate it, we will refund you in full. Activation problems are almost always a short delay in confirmation reaching us, which we can resolve directly; a refund is not needed unless the service genuinely cannot be delivered.

Website purchases: your Premium is unlocked for the mobile number used at checkout, and appears once you install the app and sign in with that same number. The 30 minutes above refers to our side of the activation — if you have not installed the app or signed in yet, your Premium is waiting for you and nothing has gone wrong.

3. How to Cancel

Cancelling is free and can be done at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • Google Play subscriptions: Google Play Store → profile menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sanatan Bhakti → Cancel subscription.
  • Razorpay subscriptions (in-app UPI/card, or website): open Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app and choose Cancel Subscription, or email support@zivprime.com and we will cancel the mandate within 1 business day and confirm by email. You can also revoke the mandate yourself at any time from your UPI app (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm → AutoPay or Mandates) or your bank's net banking portal.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to make sure the next charge is not taken. You will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before every recurring charge.

4. Refunds — Razorpay Purchases (in-app UPI/card, or website)

For subscriptions paid through Razorpay — whether you paid inside the app by UPI or card, or on our website — we handle refunds directly. We will issue a full refund in any of these cases:

  • You were charged but premium access was never activated, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using it.
  • You were charged after having already cancelled your subscription.
  • You were charged a duplicate or incorrect amount.

To request a refund, email support@zivprime.com from any email address, quoting your registered mobile number and the Razorpay Payment ID from your receipt — the mobile number is what identifies your account, so please include it. You can also use the form on our Support page.

Refund Timeline

We acknowledge every refund request within 24 hours and approve or decline it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method immediately on approval, and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. Refunds are never issued as store credit or vouchers. Where a refund is declined, we will tell you the reason in writing.

We verify before we refund. So that nobody else can act on your subscription, we confirm that the request comes from the registered account holder before processing it. A refund can only be paid back to the original payment method — never to a different account, card, or UPI ID.

5. Refunds — Google Play Purchases

Purchases billed by Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund process, and we cannot directly reverse them. To request a refund, visit Google Play → Account → Order history, or contact Google Play support. If your request is declined by Google and you believe there was a fault on our side, contact us and we will assist you in escalating it with Google.

6. What Is Not Refundable

  • Charges after you deleted your account. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, and the app warns you of exactly this — naming the ₹399 monthly amount — on the confirmation screen before you delete. Cancelling first is your responsibility, and you can always stop the charges yourself: open your UPI app (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm) → AutoPay or Mandates → select Sanatan Bhakti → Cancel, or cancel in the Play Store for Google Play purchases. That route belongs to your bank and your UPI app, so it keeps working whether or not you still have an account with us. Because you were warned and can stop the charges at any time without our help, charges taken after you deleted your account are not refundable.
  • Renewals you forgot or chose not to cancel in time. Your subscription renews automatically — this is stated on the checkout screen before you pay, in our Terms & Conditions, and again in the pre-debit notification you receive at least 24 hours before every UPI or card renewal charge. Cancelling before a renewal date is your responsibility, and cancelling is free and available at any time through several routes set out in Section 3. A renewal that was properly disclosed, properly notified, and duly delivered is not a billing error and is not refundable.
  • Periods you have already used and enjoyed in full, where no fault occurred.
  • Dissatisfaction with the devotional content, or a change of mind, where the service was delivered as described.
  • Inability to access the service for reasons outside our control — no internet connection, an incompatible or faulty device, or insufficient balance in your account.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge, except where there was a billing error or service failure on our side.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, piracy or redistribution of our content).

The ₹2 introductory (trial) fee is non-refundable once premium access has been granted, as content is delivered digitally and immediately. Likewise, monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where a charge was made in error as described in Section 4. We do not give partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused remainder of a period you have paid for — you keep full access until it ends.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

7. Goodwill Refunds

Beyond the cases listed in Section 4, we may still choose to refund you as a gesture of goodwill where your situation warrants it — we would rather resolve a problem than argue about it. Because this is discretionary and not an entitlement, a maximum of one goodwill refund may be granted per account in any 12-month period. Granting one does not create any obligation to grant another, and does not set a precedent for future requests.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

⚠️ Please talk to us before raising a chargeback

If you believe a charge is wrong, email us first. We refund genuine billing errors quickly and without argument, and a direct refund reaches you faster than a bank dispute, which can take weeks.

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card network without contacting us first means we lose the ability to fix it directly. Where a chargeback is raised in respect of a charge that was validly authorised, disclosed at checkout, and delivered:

  • we will contest it, presenting the payment mandate, checkout disclosure, pre-debit notification, and access logs as evidence;
  • we may suspend or permanently terminate the account and its premium access, without refund, in line with Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions; and
  • we may decline to provide the service to that person or payment instrument again.

This applies to chargebacks that are unfounded or abusive. It does not apply where you genuinely were charged in error, were charged without authorisation, or did not receive the service — in those cases you are entitled to a refund under Section 4, and your right to dispute a transaction with your bank is unaffected.
